Delete Your Account

You can delete your Capone’s Bones account from inside the app at any time. You do not need to contact us and you do not need to wait for approval.

Delete it in the app

1. Open Capone’s Bones and sign in.
2. Open the menu and tap Settings.
3. Scroll to Delete Account at the bottom.
4. Tap Delete My Account, type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete.

Your account is erased immediately and you are signed out. There is no grace period and no way to restore it.

What is deleted

Everything tied to your account is removed from our servers:

• Your profile: display name, profile photo, email address and sign-in method
• Your progress: stats, awards, XP and level, streaks, and every leaderboard entry you hold
• Your dough balance, power-up tiers, dice themes, and anything else you have unlocked
• Your associates list, pending requests and invites
• Your push notification tokens and notification preferences
• Your saved game records and daily challenge history

What is kept

• Anonymous ad and revenue records. These are stripped of any link to you at the moment of deletion and retained only as aggregate totals. They contain no personal data and cannot be traced back to you.
• Records we are legally required to keep, such as transaction records that tax and accounting rules require us to retain.

What deleting does not do

Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, not by us. Deleting your account does not cancel, refund, or transfer anything you bought. For a refund, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support.

If you cannot reach the app

If you have lost access to your device or cannot sign in, email jakesorce@gmail.com from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We verify that you own the account before we act on the request, then delete it and confirm by reply.
